Human Resources and Industrial Relations Audits

With the constance change in Industrial and Employment legislation, it is hard for Employers to keep up to date on what is required to be required for employees records. 

ACSEA offers two HR/IR Audits - Basic and Full.  ACSEA staff interview you at your workplace and then analyse the information and comply a report and outline on what needs to be done to ensure you are compliant.

Our Basic HR/IR Audit involves:

  • A review of personnel files to ensure they comply with the various Acts
  • A review of personnel files to ensure all employees have up to date Letters of Appointments or Employment Contracts
  • Check that copies of Awards/Certified/Collective Agreement and EBA's are on site
  • A comprehensive review of policies, procedures, documentation and recruitment processes.

Full HR/IR Audit also covers:

  • A comparison of employee's current wages to ensure they are paid and classified correctly
  • A review of time and wages records to ensure legal compliance
  • Calculations of leave entitlements including Annual, Personal/Sick and Long Service if required

Completion of Audit

A written report outlining areas of compliance and non compliance, areas of best practice, areas needing improvement and recommendations to ensure you comply with current legislation.

Cost

The cost of these Audits is $75 per hour.  (Includes Audit time, travel, report time)

Basic Audits take up to 2 hours depending on employee numbers, travel time and report time.

Full Audits depends on employee numbers and how up to date time and wages records are.
